Patience

I see I'll need to beg readers for patience here... having been inactive on my blogs for about a week, I see that my host, Typepad, has introduced a "fantastic" new interface for producing our posts.

I assume that has a lot to do with the fact that my "return" key no longer operates to create a new paragraph, that I can no longer paste a link to text in my post but must paste in the url itself, that fonts and spacing are doing some really weird things, and that my "w"s are two-toned, like a pair of old saddle shoes. Also, on the actual "dashboard," which you readers don't see, the photos posted by other Typepad bloggers whom I follow appear in huge, nearly full-screen size, which is quite annoying.

In time perhaps, these things will be fixed.

It would be preferable to complain of these matters to Typepad, but comments on the "new" system were opened - and rapidly closed again - during the week when I wasn't active.
